When shopping for a desk make sure it is made for the purpose you are using it for. Let's say you work at home. The ergonomic keyboards may look a bit funny as they are slanted and curved, but they do help prevent typing injuries like repetitive stress and carpal tunnel problems. Another thing you should know, even if your workstation is totally ergonomic, is that taking regular breaks to move around, stand up and stretch is one of the most important things you can do for your body and health.
